1) Take a browse on our website and pick out some products you'd like to customise ( If you are struggling to find good products just contact us and we can send you over ideas relating to your campaign ).

 

2) Contact us either by phone or email with your campaign details, product codes of the products you're intrested in, company name, your name, event date, target audience, any brand guidelines if you have them, any campaign information, EPS logos or EPS designs you want going on to the merchandise and also what type of printing option you want (embossing, debsosing, screen print, full colour print etc) this will give us a good idea of what you are looking for.

 

3) We will then contact you back on e-mail or via phone to have a little chat about what’s going to work best for you and your brand.

4) If you are happy with the ideas disccused, we will send you some visuals and price options. This will be sent to you on e-mail as a quote.

 

5) If you would like ideas putting together, we can send over a presentation of best products or we can send you exact visuals of what you're final product would look like before purchasing.

 

6) We can then send a pre-production sample if you ask for one. This will be sent in the post to your work address and will be a 'real-life' version of what you will be purchasing, so you can see what it will look like before buying a big quanity ( This is a safer option ).

 

7) If you'd like to go ahead with the order we will send you a finalised proof.

 

8) If you are happy, we'll need you to APPROVE the finalised proof. To do this you can let us know by saying that you 'APPROVE' the proof.

 

9) If the proof is approved, it will then get sent to the factory to produce the promotional material.

 

10) We will let you know delivery dates and a courier will then send our your promotional goods.
